Circle's founding validator announcement names the cohort: Circle, BlackRock, DTCC, Galaxy, Global Payments, ICE, Mastercard, MoneyGram, SBI Group, Standard Chartered, Sumitomo Corporation, and Visa. Circle's mainnet launch announcement says its rollout is phased. These public announcements do not map the named organizations to the addresses in this table; the fees are not attributed to validator organizations.
