Net Interest Income: Portion of interest generated through lending operations collected by Aave, GHO excluded. Equal to a percentage of interest generated, defined by the reserve factor for a given asset.

GHO Interest: Interest generated through GHO lending. 100% of interest generated on GHO goes to the Aave treasury.

Flash Loan Fees: Fees collected by Aave when users borrow flash loans. Typically equal to 0.08% of the value borrowed.

Liquidation Fees: Fees collected on liquidations.

Royalties: Royalties paid to Aave for licencing Aave's code.
