Introducing Agentic Detection : Asset monitoring built for the AI Era

Blockworks Monitoring customers can now receive real-time alerts identified by our agents without waiting for an analyst to review, giving customers immediate access to a wider range of activity across the assets they follow.

By Blockworks ·

When an exchange lists an asset, it takes on a responsibility that extends far beyond launch day. A security incident can demand an immediate response. A token migration can require coordination across the business. A governance proposal flipping a fee-switch for a token gets priced into markets within seconds.

Keeping up with that activity across hundreds of assets takes constant attention. Even a team with endless resources will miss key updates… until now.

Today, we're introducing Agentic Detection in Blockworks Monitoring. Teams can now receive real-time alerts identified by our agents without waiting for an analyst to review, giving customers immediate access to a wider range of activity across the assets they follow.

For a risk or listings desk, the gap between seconds and minutes is enormous. Agentic Detection closes that gap, sending you alerts the moment our agents find them.

What Agentic Detection gives you

Agentic Detection tells you what happened, which assets or organizations are involved, and where the information came from within seconds of the event. Before it reaches your team, Monitoring filters the source material, connects related reporting and organizes the findings. The original sources stay attached, so you can examine the evidence yourself.

Until now, every alert needed analyst approval before it reached customers. Analysts had to prioritize what they reviewed, and updates took minutes instead of seconds.

Agentic Detection makes our findings available immediately.

Built on seven years of following markets

Our agents continuously follow X, GitHub, governance forums, project channels, thousands of news sources, and more. We pair that real-time data with proprietary training on more than five years of our analysts’ work to give you unmatched accuracy and speed surrounding the assets that are monitored.

Blockworks analysts continue to investigate developments and refine the system. When an analyst reviews an Agentic Detection, they check the facts and underlying sources, adding context and improving our model. Within minutes, the update moves from Agentic Detection to Analyst Verified.

More coverage on your terms

Imagine these scenarios:

  1. A risk desk turns Agentic Detection on for every asset it covers. A possible exploit or a bridge pause reaches the team in Slack within seconds of the first report, sources attached, and the investigation begins.
  2. Listings teams want breadth. While an asset is under evaluation, every release and every governance thread lands in the view, including the everyday updates an analyst would never have prioritized.
  3. Compliance keeps Analyst-verified as the default and leverage the audit trail as the official record. Some desks add Agent-detected developments as an early warning on regulatory actions and legal notices, then act once verification lands.
  4. Product and engineering teams follow the chains and protocols they build on. Network upgrades, deprecations, API changes and contributor departures show up as they're announced, so an integration doesn't break because someone missed a GitHub post.

Importantly, each team can shape its View around the assets and activity it cares about.

One shared picture across the business

As more information emerges about the incident, related Alerts can form an Event. Teams can then follow a shared timeline and return to the underlying sources as the event develops. A colleague joining the discussion later can see how the reporting developed and inspect the evidence behind it.

The same record can support later reviews of the asset, giving colleagues an audit trail to examine as they decide whether their original assumptions still hold.

Updates reach teams through Slack, email, Telegram, webhooks, API, and soon, an MCP. Product and data teams can bring the information into the tools the business already uses, saving the work of building and maintaining source coverage themselves.

More coverage and faster alerts

Our mission at Blockworks is to build trust in onchain markets. For the exchanges, brokerages, and institutions supporting these markets, that trust depends on work that continues long after an asset is listed. Agentic Detection gives teams a wider view of those assets and more time to respond as they change.

Agentic Detection is available now to every Blockworks Monitoring customer.
