Tzvi Wiesel is the Founder and CEO of BAXUS, the global marketplace that enables anyone to buy, trade, and manage fine and rare spirits, powered by the blockchain. He founded BAXUS in 2021 to bring transparency to one of the world’s oldest industries and provide industry-defining access to the world’s most collectible spirits.
BAXUS is more than just a marketplace as it provides custodial and tokenized infrastructure, built on Solana, to unlock liquidity in the world’s fastest-growing alternative asset class.
Wiesel previously served as the Head of Fine & Rare bottles for Dalkeith Brokerage, a premier whisky brokerage firm. He began his career in the spirits industry when he launched his own whiskey fund at Columbia University.
Wiesel graduated from Columbia University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Government. He is currently based in New York City.
