Boaz Avital

Boaz is a founding member of Anchorage Digital and led the product and engineering development of the platform from its inception. He is responsible for the product development roadmap across all verticals and offerings, as well as ensuring to maintain the organization’s engineering excellence. Anchorage Digital prides itself on its design-focused approach to a secure and usable institutional asset platform.

Before helping found Anchorage Digital, Boaz led a large engineering team at Twitter, building complex and extremely high-scale infrastructure that provided the foundation for all of Twitter’s products and services. His focus was on building mission-critical, robust, lossless infrastructure that was easy to use and easy to manage. Boaz earned a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
