Alan Chiu is the founder and CEO of Boba Network, a Layer 2 optimistic rollup scaling solution built to make Ethereum faster, cheaper, and smarter. Alan has experience growing distributed systems startups, designing DAO-like incentive systems (years before DAOs), and investing in top startups through XSeed and Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs. Through it all, Alan has retained a purposeful, mission-driven attitude when building startups, a mindset best represented by his penchant for teaching and the phrase “WAGMI” (we’re all gonna make it).
