Metaplex - Financials

**Balance sheet** — each row is an asset, liability, or capital line (e.g. liquid MPLX/SOL/USDC/WSOL, accrued items, equity).

Columns are **quarter** or **year** snapshots. Liquid MPLX/SOL/USDC/WSOL balances appear on **Total Assets** at the wallet level.

Metaplex: Balance Statement

On-chain MPLX flows into the DAO buyback wallet and estimated buyback economics.

Acquisition pricing is estimated from the **day of transfer**; actual OTC desk prices are not observable on-chain. Buybacks are often executed via OTC desks sourcing CEX liquidity, so tracking is limited to on-chain CEX → buyback wallet flows.

Buyback **revenue** estimates use the day fees are recognized and can move with MPLX price; mark-to-market changes in DAO balances are not reflected here.

Metaplex: MPLX Buyback Execution

MPLX **repurchased** by the DAO buyback program over time — on-chain volume sent to the buyback wallet.

**MPLX** is an area chart of **cumulative MPLX acquired** vs **circulating supply** (distinct token amounts, not wallet balance). **Pct Circulating** is cumulative acquisition ÷ circulating supply at each point in time.

**Income statement** — each row is a P&L line (protocol fee revenue, operating costs, net income, etc.).

Columns are **quarter** or **year** periods. Revenue lines aggregate [Protocol fees](https://www.metaplex.com/docs/protocol-fees) (Genesis, Core, Bubblegum v2, Token Metadata, Bubblegum v1, MPL-Hybrid, Fusion (Trifle)). with other Foundation and DAO treasury accounting.

Metaplex: Income Statement

**Daily protocol fee revenue** in USD — fees collected when users interact with Metaplex on-chain programs. Metaplex charges [protocol fees](https://www.metaplex.com/docs/protocol-fees) on on-chain use of its programs (Genesis, Core, Bubblegum v2, Token Metadata, Bubblegum v1 (Legacy), MPL-Hybrid, Fusion (Trifle)). 50% of fees are converted to MPLX for the DAO treasury; 50% support Foundation operations.

- **Total** — all protocol fees for the day.
- **Asset** — fees by asset class: **Fungible** tokens, **cNFT** (compressed), **pNFT** (programmable), **Misc** / **Other** NFT types.
- **Program** — fees by Metaplex program: Bubblegum v1/v2, Token Metadata, Core, MPL-Hybrid, Fusion (Trifle), **Genesis** (treasury wallet sweeps), and other programs.
- **Instruction** — fees by fee-bearing action (e.g. **Create**, **Transfer**, **Swap**, Fusion combine/split, Genesis primary vs secondary wallet collections).

Metaplex: Daily Revenue by Category

Daily protocol fees attributed to each **launch issuer** (platforms and partners whose users mint through Metaplex programs).

Each series is one issuer (e.g. Pump.fun, Metaplex-native flows). Metaplex charges [protocol fees](https://www.metaplex.com/docs/protocol-fees) on on-chain use of its programs (Genesis, Core, Bubblegum v2, Token Metadata, Bubblegum v1 (Legacy), MPL-Hybrid, Fusion (Trifle)). 50% of fees are converted to MPLX for the DAO treasury; 50% support Foundation operations.

Metaplex: Revenue by Issuer

**Cash flow statement** — each row is a cash-flow category (operating, investing, financing).

Columns show **quarter** or **year** totals. Tracks how Foundation and DAO treasury cash moves period over period (inflows from fees and operations vs outflows).

**USD value** of liquid tokens held in Metaplex treasury wallets.

Parameter groups: **Foundation Treasury**, **DAO Treasury**, **Buyback Address**, **Genesis** (primary + secondary fee wallets combined). Each bar/stack is **MPLX**, **SOL**, **USDC**, or **WSOL** in that wallet. WSOL is valued at the SOL price.

Metaplex: Total Assets

**Sankey** — left nodes are **launch issuers**; right nodes are **Metaplex programs** that earned the fee (Bubblegum, Token Metadata, Core, Genesis, etc.).

Band width is USD fee volume from that issuer into that program.
