Devin McGranahan is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of The Western Union Company, where he is leading the transformation of a global financial icon into a modern, digital-first platform for cross-border money movement and inclusive financial services.
Since joining in late 2021, Devin has driven Western Union’s evolution including expanding its digital capabilities, modernizing its infrastructure, and positioning the company to serve the needs of a globally connected customer base.
With more than 25 years of leadership in financial services and technology, Devin previously served as Senior Group President at Fiserv, Inc., where he launched and scaled platforms such as Carat, Clover Connect, and Clover Business Solutions. Under his leadership, the company’s omni-channel business surpassed $1 billion in revenue, and Clover became the leading cloud-based platform for SMB merchants.
Earlier, Devin spent over two decades at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Partner, advising top financial institutions on growth, strategy, and transformation, and co-leading the firm’s North America Financial Services Practice.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering and economics from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School
