Claire Ching is VP of Global Capital Markets at Circle, one of the world’s leading internet financial platform companies, where she oversees the company’s institutional go-to-market strategy across the global financial system. She partners with the world’s leading exchanges, trading firms, banks, and asset managers to accelerate the adoption of USDC and stablecoin infrastructure at the center of institutional finance.
Claire brings over two decades of experience spanning traditional capital markets and digital assets. Before Circle, she served as Global Head of Institutional at Gemini, where she built and led a global institutional business covering digital asset custody and trading. Earlier, she held a Director role within the Global Fixed Income division at Deutsche Bank, focused on foreign exchange sales and trading. She began her career at Avenue Capital, a global distressed credit fund.
Claire holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
